Iroquois Federal is Now Joining the Servbank Family

Your trusted community bank, with even more support behind you.

Iroquois Federal Savings and Loan Association, a division of Servbank, N.A., has proudly served our communities since 1883 and that commitment is not going anywhere. We are excited to share that Iroquois Federal is now a division of Servbank, strengthening our ability to serve you while preserving the people, values, and community spirit you know so well.

What This Means for You

The same familiar team—now with expanded support

The bankers you have always relied on are staying right here. Servbank’s leadership has emphasized their commitment to honoring Iroquois Federal’s tradition of exceptional service and strong community relationships.

Your accounts, loans, and services remain unchanged

Nothing about your day-to-day banking will change at this time. Your account numbers, online banking access, automatic payments, and loan terms will continue operating as usual through the transition. Any future updates will be communicated clearly, well in advance.

Both Iroquois Federal and Servbank share a mission of putting customers and communities first. Leaders from both organizations have emphasized the alignment of values and the opportunity to bring innovative solutions and enhanced service to the people we serve.

Why the Acquisition Is Happening

Iroquois Federal has always invested in delivering high-quality service and technology. Joining Servbank provides greater scale and additional resources to continue that mission, helping us serve you better today and for years to come. As banking technology advances, this partnership allows us to offer more modern tools without losing our personal touch.

  • Servbank is expanding into Central Illinois, and Iroquois Federal’s strong local presence and seven full-service branches make this a natural fit.

  • The combined organization will manage nearly $1.8 billion in assets, strengthening financial stability and service capabilities.

What You Can Expect Moving Forward

A smooth, customer focused integration

Our teams are working closely to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible. You will be notified well in advance of any updates to systems or account information.

Continued commitment to our communities

Iroquois Federal’s roots in Watseka, Danville, Clifton, Hoopeston, Savoy, Bourbonnais, Champaign, and surrounding areas remain at the heart of who we are. Servbank is committed to supporting these communities and investing in the relationships built over more than 140 years.
