IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to an increase of COVID-19 cases in our market areas, our DANVILLE and WATSEKA offices will have restricted access to the lobby by appointment only beginning Monday, November 16th. Please continue to call to make an appointment to see Iroquois Insurance or Iroquois Financial. The HOOPESTON office will continue to have their lobby open but will not be meeting with customers in-office by appointment. In general, customers who are meeting with a Customer Service Representative, Loan Officer, Insurance or Financial Services will need to complete a visitor questionnaire. Masks are required. Our BOURBONNAIS, CHAMPAIGN, CLIFTON, and SAVOY offices remain as drive-up only facilities at this time.
The DRIVE-UP window in all of our offices are open. As always, you can check your balance, transfer funds, and pay bills with our Online and Mobile Banking, and you can also deposit checks using Mobile Banking. Most banking transactions, including opening or closing a Certificate of Deposit can be accomplished through our drive-up. Our ATMs are available for cash withdrawals. As we continue to navigate these challenging times, we’re still here and available to serve you for any of your banking needs.
