Getting started with Q-NET
What is Q-NET?
Q-NET, our online banking service, will present to you a statement-like listing of all transactions as they clear in your account.
Q-NET allows you to transfer money between two or more Iroquois Federal accounts owned by the same owner(s).
Important things to know before getting started
If you are signing up for access to a business account, you will be required to fill out a form to be granted access to Q-NET. This form can be picked up from a Customer Service Representative at any Iroquois Federal location.
Iroquois Federal also offers Q-PAY, a service that allows you to pay your bills online without the need of stamps, envelopes, checks or a credit card.
Q-PAY Online Bill Payment
Q-PAY is the quickest and easiest way to pay your bills wherever you are and whenever you want to, and allows you to set up one-time payments or to have payments drawn from your account on a regular basis.
Q-PAY is free for six months after which the ease and convenience of online bill pay is only $5.00 per month.

E-Statements
Q-NET now offers free Electronic Statements that will be delivered to you via email instead of the paper statements that are usually mailed to your home.
E-Statements are both faster and more convenient than paper statements, and are more easily filed and referenced for future use.
Getting Started with Q-NET
You must sign up for Q-LINE at (877)-BANK-247 to use Q-NET online banking. Q-LINE is a 24 hour automated telephone banking service.
After signing up for Q-LINE (via telephone), you can sign up for Q-NET (online) by logging on to Iroquoisfed.com. Click on the link that says (click here to register) and answer the listed questions.
Within three to five business days you will receive an email containing your "FI Key". Steps to use this FI Key and become an active Q-Net user will be contained in that email.
