Online Banking, our online banking service, will present to you a statement-like listing of all transactions as they clear in your account.

Online Banking allows you to transfer money between two or more Iroquois Federal accounts owned by the same owner(s).

Important things to know before getting started:
If you are signing up for access to a business account, you will be required to fill out a form to be granted access to Online Banking. This form can be picked up from a Customer Service Representative at any Iroquois Federal location.

Iroquois Federal also offers Online Bill Pay, a service that allows you to pay your bills online without the need of stamps, envelopes, checks or a credit card.

Online Bill Pay is the quickest and easiest way to pay your bills wherever you are and whenever you want to, and allows you to set up one-time payments or to have payments drawn from your account on a regular basis.

Online Bill Pay is free for six months after which the ease and convenience of online bill pay is only $5.00 per month.

Online Banking now offers free Electronic Statements that will be delivered to you via email instead of the paper statements that are usually mailed to your home.
E-Statements are both faster and more convenient than paper statements, and are more easily filed and referenced for future use.

You must sign up for Telephone Banking at (877)-BANK-247 to use Online Banking. Telephone Banking is a 24 hour automated telephone banking service.

After signing up for Telephone Banking (via telephone), you can sign up for Online Banking (online) by click here to register and answer the listed questions.

Yes. Online Banking provides you with many benefits from the ability to transfer between accounts to daily monitoring of accounts and bill payment abilities. You will also be able to view up to 18 months' worth of statements online.

No, when you sign up for e-Statements you will no longer receive a paper statement in the mail.

Yes. Your E-Statement looks exactly like your paper statement both on your computer screen and when printed. How do I save my E-Statements for future reference? You can save the statement while you are in the viewing mode by selecting file, then save as, then select the format you wish to save it to your computer.

No. E-Statements are provided at no additional cost.

As is the case with everything traveling across the internet, security is always an issue. Even statements mailed through the U.S. Postal Service have their own security issues. While e-mail can be monitored and read by others, your E-Statement is accessed through your online banking which is encrypted and can only be opened with your secure unique password.

Yes. Once you open the secure E-Statement from your online banking, you will be able to print a paper copy just like you print any document on your computer.

You can enroll through our internet banking product by clicking on the statement link. You will be asked to agree to terms and conditions. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, you will no longer receive paper statements. You may also visit any one of our locations to assist you with enrollment.

Adobe Acrobat Reader™ is free software used for viewing and printing of electronic forms. You will need this software installed on your computer to download, display or print your statement and images.
