Iroquois Federal is a community-focused financial services mutual association. Our goal is to build loyal customer relationships by providing superior financial products and quality customer service while assuring the safety of depositor's funds through sound banking practices.
We will create and maintain an enthusiastic and positive work environment that encourages and rewards professional development, mutual respect and achievement.
We will be actively involved in the communities we serve. We are a community bank, and we will contribute resources and leadership to help support these communities.
We must provide a reasonable financial return in order to maintain our commitments to the Bank's associates, provide the services required by our customers, and meet our community service commitments.
